You are an EXPERIENCED estimator for residential and commercial projects who has the ability to work on digital and paper plans.
You have demonstrated knowledge with take-offs and schematic bids. You have strong interpersonal and written skills and are computer savvy.
We are a growing sub-contractor seeking someone who is EXTREMELY detail oriented and takes pride in their work. Our ideal candidate will prepare the bid, source the materials and manage the material purchases. Included in your daily responsibilities, you will take on the opportunity to introduce the company to potential clients with enthusiasm and foster existing client relationships with ease. Preparing shop drawings would be a plus!
